Job description

Together with our Styla team of about 45 international employees, we develop a next-generation Content Management System.

Our technology designs content automatically and makes integrated products directly shoppable, with one click - thus, creating an inspiring user experience. Based on the principles of graphic design and the fundamental power of data, Styla allows the personalisation of content design in accordance with user behavior. Thanks to seamless integration our customers are able to boost sales volume significantly by generating turnover straight from their website-content. Numerous well-known companies from the e-commerce sector already rely on Styla including Henkel, Joop, Douglas, FootLocker, OBI, OTTO or Thomas Sabo and many more.

 

To expand and develop our UK Sales Team we are looking for you!

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build a strong UK Sales Team in cooperation with our People & Culture Department and our VP Sales

  • Strategic & operative development of the team

  • Lead coaching and training sessions

  • Manage, coordinate and help the Sales Team in taking the required steps to reach the sales goals

  • Analyse Sales Performance and use statistics to track target achievement and report to our VP Sales

  • Represent, present & pitch Styla with its innovative SaaS Solution together with the Sales Team to potential customers and at events or exhibitions

  • Lead sales negotiation activities and be in charge of the acquisition of potential customers

  • Keep yourself updated on current market development and competitors

  • Bring new ideas to the table which level up our sales process

Requirements

  • Proof of many years of professional experience in Sales to Enterprise customers with focus on e-Commerce and SaaS, >50k yearly licence fee deals
  • Advanced skills in building, leading and developing Sales Teams (min. 5 people) for complex digital solutions preferably in a Start-Up environment and focused on new businesses

  • Familiar with Enterprise SaaS Sales-Cycles and closing deals with e-Commerce Teams

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

  • Hands-on mentality

  • Ambitious, proactive, assertive as well as targeted- and solution-oriented approach

  • Empathetic and sovereign occurrence

  • Love travelling

  • High ability to communicate, motivate and negotiate

  • Expert and well connected within the e-commerce sector

  • Native English speaker, other languages are a plus
